حقوق الترجمة والنشر

حقوق نشر كل النصوص العربية لقصص مجلة البوتقة المترجَمة مملوكة لها وفقاً للاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه مع المؤلفين. غير مسموح بإعادة نشر أي من المواد -- سواء ورقياً أو إلكترونياً -- بدون إذن مسبق من المجلة والمؤلف الأصلي. ممنوع منعاً باتاً استخدام المواد لأغراض تجارية. يجوز استخدام مواد المجلة لأغراض تعليمية شريطة الرجوع أولاً إلى المجلة وكذا المؤلف الأصلي لأخذ موافقته. للقارئ حرية الاقتباس من سِير الكُتاب، مع ذكر المصدر واسم محررة المجلة, هالة صلاح الدين.

All the Arabic texts of the short stories in Albawtaka Review are copyright and therefore owned by someone, usually the review, sometimes the author! This became feasible because the owner of the rights -- the author -- and Albawtaka Review have come to some sort of an agreement. For you, the user end, this will always mean you can download material and store it digitally for private use only, even print paper copies for private use only, but that is all. No other rights are granted. You cannot edit material in any way, print it out for sale or sell digital copies. Nor can you put it on a website or charge others to visit our site. لمجلة البوتقة الحق في السماح بإعادة نشر قصة تيم جوترو "الخزينة" -- بدون مقابل -- في دوريات خاصة بالمعاقين تُصْدرها منظمات غير ربحية معترف بها. للبوتقة أيضاً الحق في السماح بإعادة نشر نفس القصة -- بدون مقابل -- في دوريات مجانية مكتوبة بطريقة بريل للمكفوفين أو منشورة في طبعات ذات حروف كبيرة لخدمة المعاقين بصرياً. الرجاء مراسلة المجلة في حال الرغبة في استخدام القصة على النحو السابق ذكره albawtaka@albawtaka.com.
